I hope this letter finds you all well. I have been trying, in the last few months, to address the most common sling wearing questions that I receive. Other than sizing questions, this is the last major topic that I want to touch on. *Twins!* When I get this question, it is usually quite urgent! So here's the scoop. The main thing to remember, I think, is that slings make life with twins (or more!) easier even if you are only wearing one at a time. While it is possible to wear two, even having one baby up and safely snuggled in will make it much easier to attend to the other baby. I recommend getting two ring slings, or two pouches. When wearing two babies in one sling, it helps to get one size larger than you would normally wear.
After the babies are larger, you can wear two slings, with one baby on each side of your body. They can be in any position that you would normally use. Of course, the preferred method of carrying twins is to have two people on hand! It's really that simple. Here are some more resources for you to explore,

if they are fairly unstructured and versatile, e.g. rebozos and wraparound
carriers. You just have to be creative and determined!

For
the first few months, you can wear both babies in one sling, either
tummy to tummy with mom/dad, or facing each other. It also helps to
have someone around to help you get the whole bundle situated.
